I should have seen the red flag when Elyse agreed to go to bed early last night, then was chilly and wanted to wear long sleeved pajamas for bed. I got Harry to bed earlyish (10 pm) and was so excited to go to bed early. But, 11 pm Elyse’s little voice was heard “Mommy I am so hot”. She was burning up. WE spent the next 2 hours in the bathroom. She finally threw up around 1 am then went back to sleep around 1:30 or so. Harry was up at 5:30 (not bad since he last ate at 9) and then Elyse was up again at 7 throwing up. Thank god my mom and dad are here. I would have a major sob story if I were by myself in Cleveland!! Hopefully Elyse is on the mend today and none of the rest of us get it.
